Expected Delivery Time
Our delivery time frames are dependent on the location of the buyer. Standard shipment/processing will take 2-5 business days and delivery will take 1-3 weeks*.

If you have not received your items within this time frame, please email us with your full name and order number and will look into your delivery immediately! In most cases, delivery has been attempted and your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

RETURNS POLICY

• Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.

• We process all returns within one week of receiving your items and will send you an email with the details of your processed return.

• Buyer will need to pay for the return postage.
